We are looking for a smart, energetic, self-motivated, creative, versatile, organized person with the right technical design skills. This role will be part of our Marketing and Sales team and will work with team members across the organization. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and developing various forms of marketing, sales and business development content that bring Event 360�s vision and strategy to life.

This is a full-time regular position and is classified as exempt. This position is based in our Chicago office and reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Duties:(including, but not limited to):
  • Provide design support across multiple channels including print, website, email, mobile and social platforms;
  • Keep up to date on design trends and techniques; Contribute ideas and share best practices with team members;
  • Produce high quality and accurate work; Balance competing priorities to meet deadlines;
  • Create design, format and layout of materials to enhance Event 360�s overall brand presence;
  • Think outside the box and test ideas to see what concepts are most effective;
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to present ideas, thoughts and recommendations;
  • Provide creative support, graphic production and innovation across the organization;
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor�s degree, in Graphic Design, Communications or equivalent
  • Strong software skills in latest versions of Power Point and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS;
  • Self-starter with the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and shift priorities rapidly;
  • First class digital/online portfolio;
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results oriented;
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively;
  • Demonstrates a passion for staying up to date on the most recent digital trends;
  • Excellent organization, time management and customer service skills;
  • Strong level of initiative and solid decision making skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing high demand environment;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new programs quickly;
  • Energetic, fun and a sense of humor;
  • Willingness to travel outside of geographic area, as needed, for training, meetings and on-event staffing roles.
